When you are not sleeping enough every night your body and mind will suffer because of it. The psychiatrist can help you deal with that. If I was not able to do thing around my home I would get the most upset. It would give me a useless feeling. There was one day that I needed to get my hoover wet dry vacuum put in my garage and there was just no way I could do it.

My pain was overwhelming and I had to just stop and cry. The next day I saw a therapist. She helped me in ways I never knew she could.
